During and due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the digital world<\/b> had the chance to prove its real power and capabilities. Many aspects of everyday life have been affected by this immense need of technology<\/b>, from basic everyday responsibilities like working from home, to art and cultural activities. The lack of possibility to visit a museum, an art exhibition, a space that hosts culture in general, has significantly highlighted the urgent need of bringing art and culture<\/b> at home, mostly in a digital form.<\/p>

This digital transformation<\/b> comes along with a sustainable, climate-neutral, and circular way of living. With this in mind, while the public was unable to travel and explore the outside world, Cultural Creative Industries (CCIs)<\/b>, strived to find ways to make culture and history accessible digitally<\/b>. Nevertheless, apart from the Tangible Cultural Heritage, which is the museums, monuments, artworks, paintings, sculptures etc., we have to preserve and promote what is invisible to the eye, the Intangible Cultural Heritage.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Intangible cultural heritage<\/b> is the practices, expressions, knowledge and skills that communities, groups and sometimes individuals recognise as part of their cultural heritage. Respectful of this cause, and moving towards this direction, the iNTANGIBLE project aims to establish standardized procedures and methodologies<\/b> for the preservation and exhibition of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) through modern methods of digitization.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The iNTANGIBLE project and its deliverables, are expected to have a great impact at the direct project’s target group, cultural workers and professionals<\/b>. The impact could be embodied as the development and enhancement of their digital competencies to match the rapid digital shift consequently aiding the accessibility and innovation<\/b> of Intangible Cultural Heritage around Europe, since the pandemic has placed the digitization of cultural heritage at the forefront of European heritage formation and preservation.<\/p>

Furthermore, the project is expected to provide new, innovative learning methods<\/b>, as well as digitization techniques. Finally, to raise awareness regarding the preservation of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, and create strong networks<\/b> and partnerships between cultural workers<\/b>, ICH professionals, museums, galleries, art and cultural hubs in general.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
